Ms. Lamary joined the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in January 2020, from the U.S. Department of Justice where she served in the Senior Executive Service position of DCHCO/Director of Human Resources (HR). She has rich experience in all aspects of HR having served in many staff and leadership roles across the HR discipline. Ms. Lamary has also served at the Department of Veterans Affairs, as Director, Executive Performance and Talent Management Division; the U.S. Department of Defense, as Director, Civilian Senior Executive Management Division, Civilian Personnel Policy; the Defense Executive Advisory Board (DEAB), as Chief of Staff to the Defense Executive Advisory Board; and at U.S. Office of Personnel Management in several progressively more responsible positions, including Group Manager and Supervisory HR Specialist.
Ms. Lamary received her associate degree in Business Administration from Montgomery College, bachelor's degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Law and Society, and a master's degree in Public Administration from the American University School of Public Affairs.
