Ella Holman is the Deputy Director of the Chief Human Officers (CHCO) Council where she serves as a key advisor on to the CHCO Council Executive Director on the Council's strategy, activity, and operations.

Prior to joining OPM, she was the Human Resource Strategist at the U.S. House of Representatives in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer. Ella has also served as a Manager on the Federal Workforce Team at the Partnership for Public Service and at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as an HR Specialist focused on hiring and staffing.

Ella received her B.A. from American University.
