As CHCO, Arron leads HR activities for GSA's 12,000 employees and oversees programs focused on talent acquisition, development and sustainment, labor and employee relations, performance management, compensation, strategic workforce and succession planning, executive resources, diversity management, and data analytics.
Prior to his return to GSA, Arron worked with the EPA providing leadership for EPA's Human Resources Service Center in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and led local facility management, operations, construction and IT infrastructure operations for the agency's largest owned and operated facility. Arron's career in federal service began in 1997 as a national management intern in GSA's Northeast and Caribbean Region in New York.
Arron holds a bachelor's degree from Wagner College and a master's degree in public administration from New York University, Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
