Arron has served as Director of the Office of Administration and Resources Management, Research Triangle Park (OARM-RTP) within the EPA Office of Mission Support (OMS) since 2016. As the OARM-RTP Director, Arron oversees the campus infrastructure and site operations of EPA's largest owned facility as well as two leased facilities in the RTP area.

Arron also oversees HR Operations, which includes the RTP HR Shared Service Center, providing HR operational-support to over half of the agency, the Executive Services Operations Staff, serving the Senior Executives and Political staff agency-wide, and one of the OMS Labor and Employee Relations offices.

Arron joined EPA in 2000 as the Region 2 Labor Relations Officer. During his tenure in Region 2, Arron served in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Human Resources Officer for the Region. He moved to Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina in 2009 when he accepted the position of Deputy Division Director, of the Human Resources Management Division and the newly established Human Resources Shared Service Center and ultimately served as the Director.

Prior to joining EPA, he worked several years for the U.S. General Services Administration, earned a bachelor's degree from Wagner College, and a master's degree in Public Administration from New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
